You will position yourself as a business partner to our relationship managers. You will play a key role in our recruitment team, identifying and attracting the best candidates for our active clients and mandates. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, finding hidden talent and creating a pool of quality candidates.
You will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating interviews between potential candidates and managers, business relations and updating the database.
In terms of organizational structure, you will report directly to the President.

University degree in a relevant specialization, bilingualism, minimum 3 years' experience in recruitment, and/or consulting, and/or sales. The ideal candidate is organized, autonomous, resilient, knows how to manage priorities effectively and masters the notion of confidentiality. Lastly, the candidate must have good adaptation, influencing, writing and communication skills.
