For a large, fast-growing service company, you will work for a manager who likes to share his knowledge and who promotes teamwork.
The functions of this position are divided into two parts: process analyses and month-end activities. You carry out a diagnosis of the processes related to the activities supported by the shared services centre (invoicing, payable, receivable, WIP, payroll, interco, etc.); you propose possible improvements and assess their impact on finances. You also ensure that transactions involving the ERP system are appropriate and following company policies; and act as a contact person for operations and business units for administrative purposes.
Besides, you extract consolidated data used to produce reports in various regions of the world; improve or develop reports, dashboards or performance measures to support the achievement of financial objectives.
Bilingual CPA, 5 years of experience in an accounting firm or industry and strong with Excel. Have a good knowledge of accounting, finance and process improvements. The ideal profile with good communication and adaptation skills.
