You will have the opportunity to work in the Canadian division of a company operating in the financial sector, growing with several acquisition projects and with an excellent worldwide reputation. You will work with a manager who is a coach and a convener.
You will be primarily responsible for planning and managing operational functions related to accounting. You will coach and co-coach a team of accounting analysts and assist them in resolving accounting or tax issues. In addition, you will review financial statements on a monthly basis, present reports to the Vice President Finance and supervise the preparation of audit and verification files.
Finally, you will take part in various special projects related to the improvement of processes, systems and internal controls.
Bilingual CPA, 10 years of experience in accounting, including at least 5 years in team management. Good knowledge of accounting, process improvements, controls and audits, and team management. The ideal candidate is a skilled communication leader, action-oriented and results-oriented.
