For a growing business in the retail industry, you will be working with an open door style manager.
Your responsibilities will focus on the complete payroll cycle, payroll documentation, business partner engagement with the HR team, and process optimization. In addition, you administer group insurance and will be the resource person for all payroll and benefits issues.

BACC and good understanding of accounting principles. Minimum of 5 years experience in payroll management, experience with Canadian payroll on an hourly and salaried basis. You must be proactive, rigorous, resourceful and show leadership. Industry experience is required.
