Your role will be multi-faceted and highly strategic, depending on the company's corporate development and acquisition projects. You will identify targets and carry out financial and market analyses.
You will develop financial projection models and carry out the full valuation cycle for merger and acquisition projects.
You will be responsible for post-acquisition integration, both on the financial and operational sides.
This position is an opportunity to work for a fast-growing company in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. You'll be able to put your sense of rigor to good use, as you'll be managing several files at the same time.
Bilingual CPA with 5 years + of experience, including a few years in a firm and/or large company audit with multi companies environment. Transactional, commercial lending or surety bond experience is an asset. Strong analysis capabilities (macro and micro) are required. We're looking for someone who can handle several files at once in a fast-paced environment. He/she will be willing to get involved in special projects, will engage in delivering during transactional period and be able to adapt to change.
