Within this new position, you will be required to set up the shared services centre. You will have to define the KPIs and build the structure of the shared service center for the entire company; you will have the direct and indirect management of a team of at least 15 people. In addition, you control processes and systems to bring them to a new level of performance (internal and external costs). Your goal is the pursuit of excellence: continuous improvement, information transfer and the development of new problem-solving techniques for better performance. On the other hand, you are responsible for respecting the budget and preparing the presentations on board.
Bilingual CPA, with at least 8 years of experience in the creation/management of a shared service centre and in team management. The candidate sought is always looking for improvement and performance. It also has an overview of CA/US operations. The ideal profile is an active leader, autonomous, good communicator who can act as an agent of change, he has the interpersonal skills and know-how.
