A solid company with more than 500 employees, established for more than 60 years with manufacturing activities and international sales, specializing in the manufacturing of specialized parts sold to major equipment manufacturers. As part of a growing company, you will work in collaboration with the Vice President of Finance and the CFO. 

As Director, you will be the contact person for EBITDA growth and post-acquisition integrations. You ensure budget follow-up, checking variances and proposing action plans if necessary. In addition, you contribute directly to the improvement of processes, market operations and acquisitions. You will also be in charge of a team of three people and participate in costing, inventory and special projects.

In addition, the incumbent will be required to produce strategic analyses for business development and decisions. You will also collaborate with the various departments and plants on budgeting and forecasting. The incumbent will also ensure the strategic review for growth and best practices while operationalizing ideas.

Bilingual CPA, 8 to 15 years experience in management accounting and at least 5 years in the manufacturing sector. We are looking for a dynamic, committed candidate who has leadership and is an intrapreneur at heart. We need an expert in strategy who always thinks in terms of improving profitability. A multi-disciplinary candidate capable of managing multiple projects and having an impact on operations and results. He will be the business partner of the Vice-President and must be able to add value. The desired director is a dynamic, versatile and entrepreneurial individual who will support the growth vision and understand operations at the macro and micro level. Experience in management, in post-acquisition integration and in a constantly changing environment are definite assets. The individual will be required to travel on an occasional basis.
