A young and dynamic Montreal-based service company in full expansion thanks to the opening of new service lines and also to numerous acquisitions in Canada and the United States. 
You will work directly with a CEO who likes to surround himself well, who likes to have fun at work and who is able to make a decision and, if necessary, go into detail to understand. He is humble and advocates collaboration within his team while always keeping his focus on the deliverable. 

As a CFO, you will need to quickly understand the company's business model to better manage the issues critical to its success. Your challenge will be to diagnose the finance function in order to improve the accounting system, reporting to the financial partner and above all to put in place a solid foundation to better manage new acquisitions. In addition, you will be very close to operations with asset purchase decisions, project evaluation (RSI)....  
You will be the contact person for service contracts, their negotiation and cost-benefit analyses. The management of the complete accounting cycle, management accounting (KPI) and year-end management will also be part of your responsibilities.

Manager with at least 10 years of relevant experience, with an accounting designation and perfectly bilingual (more English-speaking environment). The successful candidate must be oriented towards continuous improvement of processes, margins and operational efficiency. We are looking for a candidate with experience in transactional finance ranging from due diligence to post-acquisition integration and also in cost control. The ideal profile is a humble team leader capable of both strategy and hands-on approach, able to manage stress and develop good relationships as a business partner with all departments.
