Our client in the high technology sector (assembly, design, R&D, software), a growing division of a European public company, is looking for a business partner to challenge, advise and exchange with the VP Operations and leaders of various departments and divisions at the finance and business level. He will be involved in the pricing of products and services as well as the long-term pricing strategy. The targeted candidate is able to manage risks and operationalize strategy, to optimize the company's growth in a young, user-friendly (software style) and results-oriented environment.
Business partner with the VP Operations and leader of his finance team; the candidate must be hands-on to implement best business practices in terms of processes, systems, for example. He will ensure sound business management and produce financial information for the European public headquarters, monthly financial statements, and the necessary budget for management.
The candidate will sit on the Executive Committee and will be an advisor who supports business management through profitability project analysis (external VS in-house manufacturing), 3-year planning, business strategy implementation, potential acquisition analysis; and natural leadership who rallies his troops and maintains good relationships with internal and external stakeholders. It will also cover insurance, pension fund management, amounts allocated in the event of a claim and allocations under the new lease.
The successful candidate likes to diagnose, improve systems and processes so that he or she can become more efficient with a knowledge transfer approach within his or her team.

CPA perfectly bilingual (English and French) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector, ideally in a regulated or controlled field; which has had a concrete impact on a company's growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be able to use macro and micro vision, RSI analysis (purchasing or manufacturing decision VS outsourcing) and understand the evolution of the business model over time VS the manufacturing/software business model. He must also have strong skills in process and system improvement; and be an entrepreneurial leader mentor for his team, creative and opt for growth in a rapidly changing environment.
