For a large and growing company in the service sector, you will work with a coach-type manager who accompanies his team towards success, in an environment with a complex business model.
The company is well established and growing. During the first few months, you will be required to understand the business processes and know the management team.
You then have to manage and coordinate a team of about sixty people. This is a great challenge for candidates who love changing environments. You plan the budget and coordinate the deliverables. As a director, you implement best management practices and develop management accounting that includes 4 components: quality, access to care, human capital and efficiency. You will therefore be in charge of KPIs, profitability and profitability; FP&A and the global dashboard. On the other hand, you will work on strategic issues such as financing and investment.
