As Controller, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing, committed finance team, fostering a collaborative working environment conducive to professional growth. You will provide coaching to help develop the skills of your team members. You will design, optimize and supervise financial processes to ensure efficiency, compliance and data integrity. You will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining internal control systems to ensure the smooth running of the financial organization.
As regards the supervision of accounting and financial reporting, you will oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with current accounting standards, while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial reports. You will coordinate financial audits and external verifications to ensure transparent and rigorous processes.
Your role will also include financial analysis. You will carry out in-depth analysis to support decision-making, and prepare monthly management reports for internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for monitoring financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs), in order to guide the company's financial strategies.
You will also monitor cash flow, ensuring that the company has sufficient liquidity. You will draw up short- and long-term cash flow forecasts, anticipating financial requirements. You'll also be involved in the fund-raising process for construction projects, ensuring rigorous management of resources.
Your role also involves maintaining strong relationships with other departments, banks, auditors and other strategic partners. You will communicate clearly and effectively on financial performance and strategies. Finally, you will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the accounting and related systems, contributing to the evolution of financial tools within the company.
Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role. You will need to demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, with an ability to coach and grow a high-performing team. Your experience in implementing effective processes will be a major asset, as will your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, needed to work fluidly with a variety of departments and partners.
Project management experience, particularly in project accounting, is essential for this role, as is a strong willingness to challenge existing processes and make improvements. You will also be called upon to develop a more efficient accounting structure within the department. Your mastery of financial management software and analysis tools is essential to ensure rigorous management of financial flows.

You will need to be organized, structured and have the ability to challenge current processes to make them more efficient. Speed and agility will be key qualities, as you will be required to work closely with the accounting, investment and development departments. You will also need to have an analytical approach, be able to understand complex issues and communicate them clearly to other departments, in order to contribute to a collaborative and effective solution.
