As FP&A Director, you will lead a team of financial analysts and steer the FP&A function towards a strategic approach. You will be responsible for managing the company's P&L and play a key role in developing financial strategies to support long-term growth and profitability.

- Team supervision: Coach and develop the team of financial analysts, aligning their efforts with the company's strategic objectives.
- Financial planning: Lead long-term planning, financial forecasting and variance analysis, adjusting strategies according to financial results.
- P&L management: Ensure comprehensive P&L management, guarantee accurate financial forecasts, and identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve profitability.
- Analysis and recommendations: Conduct financial analyses and provide strategic recommendations to support key management decisions.
- Financial modeling: Design financial models to maximize the impact of investments.
- Financial reporting: Oversee the preparation of regular and accurate financial reports, including profitability analyses and financial projections.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: Work with departments (accounting, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment of financial objectives with corporate strategy.
- Process improvement: Identify and implement improvements in FP&A processes to increase the efficiency and accuracy of financial analyses.

Vous exploiterez votre côté stratégique en participant aux projets d'acquisition et de développement commercial et assurant le suivi de l'intégration, le cas échéant. Vous serez responsable d’effectuer des analyses ad hoc pour évaluer différents scénarios d'investissement et d’optimiser les processus et les procédures.

Profile

Fluently bilingual CPA (or in the process of obtaining one) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in FP&A, including a few years in team management. We're looking for a natural leader, a unifier and a visionary, who is recognized for his skills in financial analysis, modeling and reporting. With a results-oriented approach, he will be able to work effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be able to act as a true business partner and right-hand man to his manager.
