Our client, a fast-growing SME in the entertainment sector, which is expanding through its many acquisitions, is looking for a Corporate Controller to join its dynamic team. You'll have the chance to work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. You will report to a manager whom Cielo knows very well and who is much appreciated. She's very collaborative while promoting autonomy, and is approachable and present for her teams. You'll have the chance to act as her right-hand man.
As Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for the quarterly consolidation of the Group's companies and for producing the company's annual consolidated financial statements, as well as the statutory financial statements of the Group's companies. In addition, you will be responsible for the tax files of group companies and will be the contact person for the annual consolidated audit and year-end files with the company's accounting firm. You will ensure proper internal control, help create reports in the consolidation system and prepare the budget and its follow-up. In addition, you will be responsible for cash management and forecasting, as well as supervising an analyst. You will play a key role in supporting the corporate accounting team in various tasks. Finally, you will perform all other related tasks.
Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including office experience, with advanced Excel skills. We are looking for a candidate who can be a business partner and the manager's right-hand man, in addition to having an interest in IT. The candidate should have strong financial accounting and consolidation skills. The ideal candidate will want to get involved in the company and automate and improve processes.
