As Controller, you'll play a key role in managing the company's overall finances, while contributing to its growth and process structuring. You'll start by understanding the intricacies of the business by diagnosing the finance department, including complex contracts and accounting processes linked to specific products, before implementing solutions to improve financial performance.
Your role will offer you a unique opportunity to play a strategic role in a fast-growing company. You'll start by overseeing the technical aspects of accounting, but will quickly become involved in high value-added projects. You'll work closely with executives, sitting on the management committee to analyze financial results, optimize operations and profitability, and contribute to continuous process improvement. Ultimately, this position will enable you to take on increasingly strategic responsibilities.

Dynamic and organized CPA, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting, ideally in an SME environment. We're looking for a professional whose background will enable him/her to fully understand the workings of an SME, while being passionate about operations and continuous process improvement. The Number 1 Finance will have analytical skills, as well as the ability to perform both macro and micro tasks.
The controller will be switched on, with the ability to touch on many aspects of the company's operation by being a true company operator, curious to understand the issues of each department, including warehouse operations. He/she will not hesitate to get out into the field to identify sources of non-performance and find concrete solutions to address them appropriately.
We're looking for a real initiative-taker, capable of making strategic decisions while being results-oriented. His or her pragmatic approach will enable him or her to quickly understand problems and come up with effective solutions. The successful candidate will be proactive and autonomous, able to work independently while collaborating with management to implement viable solutions.
