We have the opportunity for you to work as a Senior Accounting Analyst in a large international multinational company in the service industry. As an Analyst, Senior Accountant, you will lead the month-end closing process and be the main point of contact for the reporting team. You will work closely with other finance teams, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as the purchasing team to ensure the accuracy of expenses on the books.

You will contribute to improving the methodology for allocating various expenses and implementing new tools. You will supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support in their development.

You will be responsible for performing in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making, while identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

You will act as an expert in meeting the needs of internal customers, primarily the operations team. With the support of the Accounting Manager, you will participate in the accounting integration of new entities.

Profile

Bilingual CPA with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting, in practice or in industry, who has good knowledge of financial statements and consolidation. We're looking for a true autonomous leader, with an advanced level of Excel, who wants to grow within the company and take their place. This person must be able to navigate grey areas and demonstrate a good sense of rigor. We're looking for a good communicator who will adapt and thrive in a growing environment.
