An SME in the construction sector is looking for a Controller to join its young team. Reporting to a highly flexible and transparent manager, you will ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information arising from accounting operations in accordance with associated legal and accounting standards. Your manager is results-oriented. You will be working in a fast-growing environment in a company with beautiful offices. The company is very flexible in terms of working hours. As controller, you'll be responsible for weekly and monthly analyses of transactions and complete cycles. You'll also verify compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
In addition, you will be responsible for complete period-end procedures, setting up certain accounting and financial follow-ups, participating in work-in-progress follow-ups with project management and producing the group's weekly payroll.
You will also be responsible for making declarations to government authorities and acting as a resource person for them. You will also be responsible for preparing various reports.
Finally, you will participate in the year-end process, budget controls and various special projects.
Bilingual candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in a firm in the construction sector, good in operational accounting. We're looking for a candidate with drive who wants to grow with the company. They will be organized, meticulous, rigorous and able to work under pressure.
